I am so looking forward to cake Saturday.  Jacie will turn one tommorrow and The party is Sat.  yummy cake and I am also going to have a piece of pizza sat.  But sunday is right back to the begining.

Also I went for my shot today and asked to hop on the scale.   And I unofficially hit my first goal.  The actual weigh in isn’t till Thursday but..  I did it :)

So I lost another 3 pounds :)  I am up to 16.2 so far and I am thrilled.  I am getting used to this low carb thing.   But I am now dreaming about papa ginos pizza.  LOL  I guess that may be a bad thing.   I am missing pizza.   I am so silly.    I do have to get on the damn treadmill though.

so I lost 3.2 pounds and they measured my waist again and I have lost 5 inches :)

On a different note, I am not like the internet.  I had some people who I thought were my friends that I have spoken to for years say somethings behind my back.  I am kinda annoyed I trusted them

I never realized how hard going out to eat was till today.  One of RJ’s friends call up to see what we are doing and it is decided we are going out for drinks and dinner.  Now I go on the hunt to restaurants to find nutritional  info.  Do you know the only local restaurant I could find that listed it was Uno’s   Some had a few dishes listed with the calories and fat but Uno’s was the only one that listed all the info on all there food and drinks.  I was very disheartened.  But I did know which dishes I could order before I left the house.  I got a great mango salsa grilled chicken.  I didn’t eat the salsa on top though but the chicken was great.  I think more places need this info online.

So does shoveling and clearing off the car count as exercise?  LOL.  We are expected to get a good amount of snow today in a fast moving storm.  This is making my day brigter.  I am already in a mood because of my weight and to top it off snow

I am disappointed in myself.  I only lost 3 pounds.  I really wanted 5.  I have not been as good about the exercise.  I really need to get off my fat ass and move.  I will loose at lease 5 pounds next week.  I would like 7 to make up for the screw up.  So I am gonna go sulk and have a nice tall cold glass of….  Kool aid

I have come to that realization and it is hard.   I want bread or a bagel  ,yes a bagel with cream cheese.  And to make it worse One of the vendors bought Panera bagels in today.  I did smell them and my mouth was wattering.  I am doing Ok on this doet.  I am supposed to be at 500 calories and can not go that low.  I am at  between 600-700.  I get shaky and such with lower.  I did go the the My Low Carb Life today and picked up a few things to try.   When I try them I will let you know how they were.  i got chocolate pudding and a cinnamon swirl cake.  I also got a great email from the weight loss clinic today.  Kortney is awsome over there, she is the nurse practisioner.

Tomorrow is weigh in #2.  I hope to loose at least 5

Today I am getting used to everything.  I am looking for low car recipes online.  breakfast is killing me.  I had mock french toast today that was super yummy :)

I had a bad day yesterday I had too many calories.  It was my own fault so we will so how the weigh in goes on Thursday.  I am trying not to do daily weigh in’s .   The normal flux in weight will kill me.   But I am feeling good more or less.   I have to get off my lazy fat ass and exercise though

So i made it through one whole week and well it was realy tough.  Drinking 128 ounces of water is so hard.  And only protien.  I am worried about breakfast I am going to bore of eggs rather fast.  Ans today is valentines day so I had one piece of cocolate a definate nono on the diet plan but well it was 40 calories  ugg.  But i savored that one peice for 5 whole minutes.  But on to the great news  I lost 7 pounds :)

I am not sure how long I can last.  I am super starved.  The appetite suppressant doesn’t seem to be working well.  I am so hungry.  I did my 500 calories yesterday all protien like a good person but…  Was i hungry.  Oh and I have a killer sweet tooth too.  I made ” mock” jello.  I can not have jello till after the first 4 days and that is sugar free jello I can have but.  I can have flavored water etc.  I made strawberry kool aid with splenda ( no sugar and no calories) and put some unflavored gelitin in it and made myself a free snack :)  It was good to help with the sweet craving but i am starving myself.  My head hurts and my tummy is rumbly all the time.  I am so glad I am home.  maybe I will feel better after the first few days.  I go back to work tommorrow.  I have to plan lunch and snack.  did I mention I was starved?    I hope it is worth it and I adjust because If i don’t I am afraid I may just eat everything in site:(
